Charged subscription after cancelling
I was not aware that I have been paying for an app I downloaded by mistake. Once I found out about it, I cancelled my subscription. Today I came to the realization that I was charged again after cancelling the subscription on my apple account. Can you tell me which part of the procedure I am not following? It is wrong that you are making money against user’s consent. If I cancelled my subscription, why are you still charging me?

Rip off
Just ordered strip lights and having an app was one of the things I was looking for. When I downloaded the app it is subscription based to use it. And not a cheap subscription. $99 for the year to control light strip. Not impressed… thinking of sending the lights back back I guess they don’t make enough on the sale of the lights. Doesn’t make me want to buy anything from them again!
It’s great for my uses.

Ridiculous App
Who has $7 a week to spend on getting the lights to turn different colours? This is ridiculous as the lights are already expensive! False advertising on the box! Buyer beware. PS I am checking 5 stars as one star will not accept my review. It’s a zero star for me
