My dem didn’t work

I got a new phone and downloaded the app and it won’t connect to my tree. I need a code or a QR code. I feel like connectivity should be a bit easier.

There is no option for a twinkle with the colored lights. The white twinkle is great but would like there to be an option with the colored lights as well.

App won't recognize the QR code. No manual way of adding the tree to the app.

I love our tree so much, I only wish there was a twinkle option for the colored lights. THAT would make this the absolute best tree ever.

Not all functions work on the app. Second year with this tree/app. I guess there’s no support for an update. Glad I bought it on sale.

I purchased this tree in 2022. Although I cannot speak to issues experienced by others, this tree has worked as advertised. This year, 2023 the app on my iphone would not function. I simply deleted the app from the phone, rescanned the QR code on the instruction booklet and downloaded the new app v. 1.1.4. This version has fixes for past issues, and everything works great.

The app works well. It was a bit difficult to find it, but once loaded it works great. My only question is - why no Alexa controls?

Dimmer doesn’t work. You guys need to fix that in the app. Now please.
