Tried ordering on the app and it won’t process payment so it’s impossible to send order

So after the last update, I was signed out and had to redo my password because I silly enough to have saved it and was using facial recognition. Fast forward to last week. Signed out AGAIN. How did it go today? You are right, not well, signed out again.

It's been a FULL YEAR. I've tried ordering atleast once a month and it has NEVER worked. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling and nothing. WHAT IS THE POINT OF THIS THING?? I'm ordering Panda Express instead. Their orange chicken is better

Bad enough that the app keeps logging me out, at least let me paste the password from my password saver into the app. It’s my phone, I’m holding it, it’s secure.

I have been trying for a week to get into my account since the latest LC app update! Can I just get my rewards I had previously earned that now seem like they are gone forever!

We prefer to have the sauce on the side instead of dumped all over the chicken. There is no way to indicate that or customize an order or add a note to an order. Please add that capability.

The app does not let you use gift cards unless they are for the full amount of your order. You cannot make a partial payment.

App is terrible to navigate and when I went to check out spins and spins without a result.

In the time it takes to load, log in, and if you can even get to the order screen. You can make it to the store and back

Got all the way to the end and it failed to place order. Had to re-enter entire order and credit card info. Don’t know if I ordered twice or not.
