App not working properly
After recent updates, app stopped tracking proper location. Also, remote calling is not working properly.
Cancel account
How do I cancel the account? The watch is not available when I search on app keeps telling me power is off when I have the watch in front of me and fully charged and power on. I can not communicate with the watch. I need to stop getting billed monthly for a watch that does not work. There is no customer service. How do I cancel the account?
I wasn’t able to find leefline on Android
So frustrating that the app not available in Android .. now the watch is useless I don’t know what to do I am weiting the review from my husband phone apple phone Don’t buy the watch if you have android
Remote call function disappeared
I specifically bought this watch for its remote call function for my special needs child to help prevent bullying. With last update remote call function has disappeared from the app. Very disappointed as this was a very expensive watch and not useless because of an app update.
Limited profile pix
While this watch is still super new and we’re still playing around with it, I don’t like that there can only be one admin. I don’t like the very limited options for profile pic. It’s only limited to pale-skinned young or very old cartoon pix and that’s discriminatory. There should at least be options to upload a real picture. Come on, people, it’s 2021. Wake up, already!
Watch bought but bound to Someone else
Hi I bought the watch new on amazon and when we got it and put the SIM card in and registered it, we found out it was already attached to another admin account. I need help from the app developers to unbind the watch from all its accounts and delete those accounts so I can start this watch from scratch. Thank you
