Lee's Famous Recipe Chicken

Although the food is good, it takes the restaurant down a couple notches when they can’t get your order correct. I got the 12pc breast strips meal with 3 sides. Well I didn’t get my 3rd side, green beans. So we had chicken, mashed potatoes & gravy with biscuits. No green beans! $37 for this meal. I am making this out to be a big deal because it seems no one pays attention anymore. It’s almost expected that you won’t get a complete order when you order out. Restaurant personnel are not checking orders & no one is double checking. Customers then end up with a partial order. It happens far too often. You’re surprised when you get a full order! People are stretching their dollars as far as possible to feed their families & for someone not to take a minute to double check an order are not doing their jobs & will get a bad review &/or start losing customers. Come on people! Step it up! I know it’s not your dream job, but have some pride in what you’re doing, even if it’s scrubbing toilets! Someone will appreciate it! Even if they don’t, you can always go to bed at night knowing you did your job to the best of your ability.

Old app version was better. Won’t keep me signed in. Keeps signing out after about 5-10 minutes. Rewards won’t apply even though I spent $26 and bought 3 meals…for a free drink? Luckily local restaurant has good customer service and gave me free drink.

Everytime I see a special such as buffalo collection, theres an order now option, but the food doesn’t show up on the menu choices!!!! This is the 2nd special that doesn’t show up as an actual order choice!!! Why advertise it if its not going to show up!!!

Would give 5 stars but they don’t allow Apple Pay.

When I enter in my zip code or city/state it doesn’t come back with any locations even though there’s at least one here and I can order from the website. So I can’t use the app to order.

I tried to set up an account and it will not take any passwords

Ordered online waited 15 min after it was supposed to be ready. They served 2 ppl who ordered after me the same thing I had ordered. When I asked why the said they were waiting on tenders. So I brought up that is what they served the other ppl as well.

Useless because 1.) Unable to enter address on deliver window because yellow confirm button is hidden under keyboard window. 2.) Not one store in the St. Louis area allows online ordering. 3.) no customer service feedback link on app, because it is useless!!

You can’t get orders correct when they are placed an hour before pick up in the middle of the afternoon! How is that possible????

It used to be so easy to scan a missed receipt into your app to get rewards. Now it is almost impossible. It redirects you to a website and asks you to log in AGAIN and wants you to create some spendgo account in order to scan the QR code on the bottom of the receipt. What a mess you’ve made of this app.
