I was just going to download this app for my lefant and my iPhone 6s doesn’t work for me

Really accurate with the wireless control no issues so far for almost a year!

Have imputed my phone several times but I get the message it’s incorrect, therefore I can’t get a code to create an app. Without the app I can’t use the vacuum. This is EXTREMELY UPSETTING because the robot is supposed to be good at a very good price. If I can’t use the app then I’ll have to RETURN the robot.

Literally couldn’t make it past the signup page. Both passwords I tried to create met the criteria and it wouldn’t let me enter also the “code” it sends your email only last 60 seconds which is not long enough as is but then each time the code was exactly the same as the first one. undownloading immediately.

Not able to register & doesnt work

My robot worked fine until the most recent update . Can’t get it to clean. Can’t get it to dock. I’ve tried unpairing and re pair to no effect. Had to turn it off to get it to stop beeping until you fix your issue. Very disappointing.

This will not accept any password I try And I’ve tried plenty !!!!

Worked just fine until we upgraded our house to 5G because we were having so many issues with our other provider and couldn’t get Wi-Fi in parts of our house no matter what we did. We were excited to finally be able to connect both robots since one was in an area without Wi-Fi. And then … poof … no connection on either 🙄😐. Gah. We had planned on getting a third one now I’m not sure what we will do.

I bought a M210 robot vacuum model that I can connect on this app, even trying many times waiting and waiting for the password to connect my device on this app, I never get the password it really stress me otherwise I can’t use the vacuum properly

Me Encanta me paso manejándolo manual así puedo asegurarme de coger esos spots que quiero. Ayuda mucho con el pelo de los perros. 🫡
