Worst app
Worst customer service ever Worst online app Do not do my mistake and order online from them. Online chat employees are only copying the same messages over and over for months until u cancel the order! No helping at all Orders processing for 2 weeks and more with no updates!
Refund deduction
I purchased 3 items and returned them all together. I was charged delivery charges and return charges for each of them not all together even though I return together.
Big failure
It has been more than 10 days for a domestic order and I still did not receive it and I cannot find a place to complain except an AI representative without even a phone number, I’m still waiting for my order that I have paid for and got nothing
Bad service
I ordered boots online and I paid for the delivery fee so they brought 1 pair my size and the other one different size , the refused to change the 1 pair “which is their mistake” and they want me to exchange it in the shop and they refuse to send the delivery to change it for me although it’s “their mistake” , also they don’t pick up the phone nor they have a customer care !!!
BUGGING
whenever I want to add an item to the favorites it says that there is a Wi-Fi connection error. It’s really frustrating.
It’s only Dubai
So I’m in Abu Dhabi, and it clearly mentions that the store is located in different emirates. After completing my Online basket I come to realize that the application doesn’t even recognize the Abu Dhabi store and when contacted customer service they said that Abu Dhabi store has a different management from Azadea! Not sure how this works but definitely a major disappointment!
