In this strategy card game, skill defines your success—not luck. Mix and match iconic champions, allies, and regions of Runeterra to unlock unique card synergies and outplay your opponent.

MASTER EVERY MOMENT
Dynamic, alternating gameplay means you can always react and counter, but so can your opponent. Choose from dozens of champion cards to include in your deck, each with a different mechanic inspired by their original League of Legends abilities.

Champions enter the battle as powerful cards, and if you play smart, they level up to become even more epic. Level your champions multiple times in-game, and earn Champion Mastery crests the more you play.

ALWAYS A NEW WAY TO PLAY
Every champion and ally in the game comes from a region of Runeterra. You have access to cards from nine regions: Demacia, Noxus, Freljord, Piltover & Zaun, Ionia, Targon, Shurima, the Shadow Isles, and Bandle City.

Explore how different champions and regions work together to give you unique advantages against your opponents. Combine, adapt, and experiment with frequent new releases in an always-evolving meta.

CHOOSE YOUR PATH
In PvE, each choice you make shapes your journey. React to unique encounters, earn and equip power-ups, unlock new champions, and rise to new challenges as you move across the map. The enemies will get stronger, but so will you—and you’ll discover different endings the more you play.

PLAY TO WIN, NOT PAY TO WIN
Earn cards for free, or buy exactly what you want with shards and wildcards—you’re in control of your collection, and you’ll never pay for random packs of cards. While there’s always the option to purchase specific champions, you can easily complete your collection without spending a cent.

Victory or defeat, each battle brings experience and progress. Choose which region you explore first and unlock the cards that call to you, changing regions as often as you like. As you advance, you’ll collect new allies, spells, and champions.

Once a week, you’ll also unlock chests from the Vault. These chests level up the more you play, increasing the rarity of cards inside from common all the way up to champion. They can also contain wildcards, which can be turned into any card you want—no guessing required.

DRAFT AND ADAPT
Labs are limited-time experimental game modes focused on more extreme changes to the classic Legends of Runeterra formula. Choose a premade deck with specific constraints, or bring your own. The rules are always changing, and sometimes you might need a little help from your friends! Go see what Heimerdinger is cooking up next.

CLIMB THE RANKS
At the end of every season, 1024 qualifying Ranked players on each of LoR’s four regional shards (Americas, Asia, Europe, and Southeast Asia) will be able to compete for pride, glory, and a cash prize in the seasonal tournament.

But Ranked play isn’t the only way to qualify—you can also run the Last Chance Gauntlet. Gauntlets are limited-time competitive modes with unique rules to play around and exclusive rewards to unlock.

High Quality

Riot’s perfectionism made a perfected game, works great on iPad. Great quality, great visuals, got everything you want in a card game and if you enjoy or appreciate Riot’s creations or even just the lore, you would love that. In my opinion a better game than Hearthstone and it’s actually F2P …would you believe that?

I was looking for 1 game, a single game to download on my mobile phone. A game that lasts, a game that is entertaining, and rewarding. Through my research I stumbled upon this gem. All my expectations have been met, and beyond. This is a great game, very entertaining, don’t be intimidated by the learning curve. Undoubtedly this game requires time and effort, to acquire the necessary knowledge, to properly experience what this game has to offer. Give it a shot, has a lot of in-depth mechanics. Constantly discover new mechanics, and different card combinations. Very rewarding gameplay experience. I highly recommend ‘Legends of Runeterra’. -Wp Riot

An awesome game that seems to do everything right. They seem to have a better grasp of how a free game should look like. I hope for more games like this in the future in other genres.

Bug report- great game tho!

I LOVE this game! However there are some bugs that make you lose games that I’m not sure exist in the PC version: Riposte cast on a frostbitten unit takes it’s damage from 0 to 6 instead to 3. It cancels the freeze and adds it’s effect. Sap magic doesn’t heal my nexus. I lost games to those bugs and lost rank points :( Please fix them.

Really well done, treats a lot of the issues other card games had like not being able to float mana or interacting with your opponent. Thanks for making this game I love it :)
