STEER CLEAR OF THIS APP

I wish i could give this app a 0 star. I just began using LEGIT APP to check my Jordans. While using their app, you have to buy tokens for the legit checks. I did, but unbeknownst to me which is stated nowhere on their app description or in their purchase is that they also charge your bank an international fee of -$0.12. So, every time I use them, I get an extra charge as well. I’ve emailed this company and they “say” they don’t “handle” international charges yet my bank says otherwise. They’re extremely rude too, and won’t refund me! SCAM of a company!! I do not recommend this service to any customers nor do I think they give accurate legit checks

Very hit or miss

I have 100% legit shoes from Nike and the app say they replica not reliable

Can’t trust this app

I wanted to check how reliable is this app to use in my future purchases. And I put it to the test with some shoes that I have already authenticated through eBay which as everyone knows you have to send the sneakers physically to an authenticator. I run the test and came out as replicas! lol! Don’t trust this app at all man. It’s not the same to see a shoe physically than just see it in photos…

They hire anybody

First of all, I submitted a negative review for this app and all of a sudden it’s disappeared. I’m not sure how that works but if there’s a way for them to report negative reviews and Apple removes them I’m sure that’s what’s going on. Regardless, this app is a complete joke. It is 100% quantity over quality. The quality of their “review” is absolutely horrendous if there is any. They go through a review that has 15-20 pictures within 3 minutes, obviously no one is actually looking through the pictures and comments you provide. I posted a very OBVIOUS unauthentic shoe and they come back within a few minutes saying it’s authentic. Obviously they just have people glancing at photos paying no real attention to any details and just going off their first impression, which is completely comical to have those types of people reviewing shoes in a world where replicas have become very realistic until you LOOK AT ALL DETAILS. This app is a complete waste of money. And on top of it, it seems like all the ones they mark as replicas are all for the same exact reason “inside stitching and label.” As if they have no one who is able to decipher anything else such as stars on the outsole being off, rights reserved logo on the Nike logo on the outsole being off, incorrect stitching all over the outside of the shoe, etc. Please don’t pay money for this. Go with your gut and get someone who has a proven ability of looking at small details to give a second opinion. Not these guys who mark whatever and provide no explanation for them claiming a shoe is authentic.

No help at all

I provided them so many pictures of what they asked and if they STILL ask for more. I wasted money on tokens and they provided no answer to the photos I gave them. WASTE OF MONEY DO NOT TRUST THESE GUYS.

APP CALLS OUT FALSE REPLICAS!

I recently had purchased a pair of Jordan 5’s and were unsure about the authenticity of the pair. I decided to run them through a Legit Check using this app. This is usually my go-to application for authenticating shoes, however, it never will be again. The app marked the shoes as Replicas. I then went on to using a different apps and the shoes came back as Authentic on both besides this one. Afterwards. I asked Legit App’s customer service team nicely if they could redo the authentication. They decided NOT to redo it and to NOT refund me for the incorrect results as well. Mind you, it only costed $3-$5 for authentication process. The amount of GREED this company has to have for them to NOT reason with their customers to come up with a better solution is absurd. If I had the ability to upload screenshots as proof, I would’ve surely done so without hesitation. They disabled my account after calling them out on it. DO NOT USE THIS APP! TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!
