I paid for express authentication of some Yeezys which was supposed to give response with in 5 hours. It is now 13 hours later with no response and no way to contact anyone. The website for this developer is down. I just want my money back at this point. Feel like this is a scam app & no way to contact anyone for help

If you consider yourself a sneakerhead you need this app! Fakes/UA/Reps are so close to the authentic products nowadays that you need help from the experts that created this app. I trust them to let me know if a sneaker is legit or not before I make any purchase!
