Half the time it becomes impossible to book sessions with my fitness provider. The timetable freezes or disappears, or it doesn’t recognise my membership and attempts to get me to input payment details for sessions, not allowing me to book unless I do. It’s really really bad.

Downloaded app Entered my email Entered my password Enter Back to enter my email Enter my password ...... and repeat..... No it's not my email or password - I'm using autofill which works for web browser.. Can't find any helpful app support team.... hopeless, don't bother downloading

App not usable when signing up to cancellations

I have reported my app freezing to Legitfit and they haven’t resolved it. NES classes a week at a time go up in the app by my gym class provider. I can’t book any class because the app freezes. If I delete and reinstall app the new classes appear, but then it’s too late for me to book classes as they have all been taken. Legitfit promised to resolve this issue but haven’t. Am very annoyed but more so disappointed with them. I am so frustrated not to be able to book classes on their app they say is the best app out there to book classes. It’s not. Hope

Need I calendar entries and reminders for booked classes

Seems like every time I open the app lately it says it needs to be updated worked fine before

The update 2 days ago seems to have caused some issues. App doesn’t load on iOS at all. Unable to book or do anything

When I click open I just get a blank white screen

Good app but I can’t seem to view my active membership with the latest update?
