I have many devices and want to use my large iPad to control all the individual Legrand devices. Legrand only provides an iPhone version of the app. No, it is not the same as a native iPad-version as the stretched-out-iPhone version merely stretches each button out and in the end not many Legrand devices are visible at the same time on my large iPad.
Jeepers quit schedule and light switch grayed out. Deleted app and tried to reload with no luck. Piece of junk when this is critical light do not buy
The scrolling performance within the “Main” tab of the Legrand app is terribly slow that it renders the app unusable for me. I’m surprised that it was allowed through the App Store review process. Would downgrade this to 0 stars if possible. With the lack of fixes for this app and sad support, Apple should seriously consider revoking Legrand’s MFi certification. Avoid Legrand, go with Lutron or Leviton if you want to use HomeKit.
The app doesn’t do its main job- to find LeGrand devices. And the integration with Google Assistant is abysmal. A frustrating and broken experience that leaves me with a $50 unconnected switch.
They should not be making software. Absolutely unusable. Can’t even connect to their own devices! Constant crashes.
Wasted money and time installing what is now very simple technology for most. Continually disconnects and you have to reinstall everything, works for a while, then stops. If it wasn’t a wall switch installed I would throw it out.
The latest “update” rendered the programmed on/off routine inoperable. Gotta remove the smart switch and scan the freaking QR code to setup again. Get a competent bunch of programmers people
This app is the source of so much frustration. It unlinks from Alexa constantly, you have to reset your password multiple times to reconnect it, and the switches lose connection to the app daily. Your app-developers should be fired!
This app keeps crashing and has terrible issues with connecting to Alexa. My TP-Link switches work WAY better than these do.
