Lehi City Library

The last few months the app won’t work. I tried deleting and restarting it, but it says, “Unable to connect with server”. I hope they get it fixed.

Hasn’t worked for a few months.

I used to love this app but now it just says can’t connect to server. I’ve deleted and reinstalled the app, closed out of it, tried refreshing but it’s stuck.

I spoke to the staff at the library today and they told me that this app will no longer be used and a replacement app is being pursued. Your electronic card will still work if you haven’t tried uninstalling and reinstalling, but that is the only remaining active function.

Normally this app gives me exactly what I need. However, the last couple of weeks it hasn’t updated my checkout info and hasn’t deleted books that I’ve borrowed on Libby. I tried uninstalling the app, but it’s currently giving me an error message and will not install.

This was working great until i updated to iOS 17. Now i cant do anything on the app

It wouldn’t refresh my checked out page with accurate info. I logged out and it gives me an error message of “Unable to Connect to Server” when I open it. I uninstalled and reinstalled and got the same error message.

Perfect little app with all you need to keep up with your account: track items, place holds, pay fines, check the program schedule, access digital items, AND it has your library barcode and number if I ever forget my card! Great job Lehi Library!
