Got the “implementation error. Use a different endpoint” every time I try to book. How can be the main monetizing way of this business not work? Crazy

Disappointing
Dirty change rooms and lockers , cold water showers, no hairdryer, 20p charge for lockers that can only be opened once ! Overall disgusting place!
Unable to set up payment
I’ve tried to use this site for months, but get continuous errors. I’m hoping today the booking will go through,
Frustrated
I joined my centre over 2 weeks ago and still can’t access the app! Still waiting for the initial email to set up account. Staff at the centre have been great and I’ve tried the ‘reset’ password which it accepts by I don’t receive the email to actually reset. Not a seemless app as I have to phone to book sessions or book in person at the centre *very frustrated*
Difficult to book if not a member
Sends you Roy d in circles, have registered have a code but still won’t let me book and pay as you go.

This app is not easy to use I just want an ordinary membership.

Lack of stomach toning machines
There are not enough abdomen toning workout machines. The present one is uncomfortable and hurts the neck and shoulders. Check out Carmarthen centre their abdomen machine is far in advance of the Penarth centre one.
Worst app ever
This has to be the most clunky app I have ever had the misfortune of using. To book a swim at my local leisure centre I have to manually input my membership number despite being logged into the app. I can’t cut and paste the number from the membership card page so I have to manually write it down. I select my swim session and then proceed to pay which despite being logged into the app I have to type all my details in again, then all of those details AGAIN to pay and which doing so I type in my postcode, select the correct address but then have to manually select the country! The one good thing about this is that by the time I’ve booked a simple swim session I have burnt several calories typing the same information repeatedly and my heart rate has increased in temper.
