Feedback and Enquiry not working
This app simply don’t show anything if you are asking for help, such as wrong delivery or a refund, there is no other way to contact them unless you are using PC browser.

Cannot chat app have problems
Keep telling me account or password invalid.
After several time change the password, still the same. What the fxxx app.

Only problem I had the apps crashes when deleting item in cart. Please fix.

Why no option for buyer to cancel purchase if seller is taking too long to ship??? My order is paid and it is 2 weeks now and seller hasn’t ship coz no stock from suppliers. And I am hapless and have to virtually beg the seller to refund my money. I actually prefer to buy from Lazada because they give me the option to cancel my order and they refund money almost Immediately.

Account and profile issues. Cannot load and edit profile.
Buggy apps
I rarely open the apps, but when i do want to survey and search specifics item base on specific seller, the filter is not giving any result that I expecting. Filter seems to return all results from the seller. 2. My Favorite seller page not responsive at all. Loading icon keep showing 3. Search bar returns error. “Data couldn’t be read because it isn’t not in correct format” Uninstalled and reinstalled the apps does nothing.
