I love the fact that we don’t need to use the plastic card to earn points in the loyalty program. Also, it’s very nice to check our points balance. I love you LeMall team!

I suppose The aim of this app is to encourage us to go shopping and enjoying our experience at Le Mall while being rewarded. This IS normally encouraging but I didn’t find it to be in this case! The work flow can be a lot easier.. almost every other card I have can be used by entering a certain phone number or a code.. why should we have the card itself else wise we’ll have to go to the receptionist (which I didn’t always find available and sometimes gave me no help) so they can scan the code? Plus it might not work and we won’t know this till 2 weeks since the points need sometimes this period of time to be shown in our app!! Like why would I keep a receipt for two weeks and remember to check everytime that the system didn’t bug or something!! I think it SHOULD be A LOT more easier and maintained because it didn’t encourage me at all after my second or third use..
