Unacceptable
I cannot use the heat socks with my iphone without registering with personal details. Shame on Lenz.

INTERVAL FUNCTION
Heating and pause times can be set individually with the interval function, which extends the lithium packs’ lifetime.
LED-OFF:
If the LEDs glow through a thin item of clothing, they can be deactivated. The heat output remains set as defined in the app.
ORDER FOR THE LITHIUM PACKS
Coloured rubber rings are delivered with the lithium packs. These help you to distinguish entire “battery pairs” from each other or to distinguish the batteries that are purposely to be used on the left and on the right. You can assign the colour of the rubber rings to the batteries in the app.
LED SYSTEM:
The Lenz LED system 1.0 can also be controlled with the app. Different colours, lighting modes and brightness levels can be set.

Requires personal details to use socks
I suggest Apple pull this app from the app store until this is fixed: The app requires you to register with personal details to connect to the batteries. This should be irrelevant, and is a breach og the GDPR. Otherwise, the app seems to be quite nice and to-the-point, offering battery status and output level control.
Account? Seriously?
Why in the world do I need to register an account to connect to a pair of socks via Bluetooth? Why?! This is a new low. The “why register” provides no convincing information. I already own the product, why would I need an email explaining how batteries can be dangerous? This is included in the box.
Works well, but you should add a widget

Nur um eine Socke zu heizen muss ich mich mit meinen Daten in der App registrieren? Vergesst es, dann wird die Socke halt ohne App. geheizt.
Pairing funktioniert nicht!
Sehr sehr enttäuschend ! Funktioniert nicht wie versprochen…

Wann kommt die App für die Apple Watch
Nicht zuverlässig und Funktionen unklar
Die App stellt die Batterien zum Teil selber ab. Wenn die Heat Sync zBsp. Auf 4 gestellt ist und ich die App verlasse, ist das Level beim Wiederöfgnen nach zBsp. 20 Minuten der App manchmal auf Null zurück gestellt und die Socken wärmen nicht mehr. Dann muss das Level wieder angestellt werden. Sehr mühsam. Ausserdem ist nicht klar welche Funktion welche steuert oder übersteuert. Was gilt wenn Heat Sync left/right Bsp.?auf Level 3/5 ist und Heat Sync auf 7 oder 2? Was gilt dann? Nirgendwo habe ich Infos dazu gefunden und Lenz konnte auch nicht Auskunft geben. Die Socken finde ich sehr gut. Alles wäre ok aber für solch einen Preis muss die App tadellos funktionieren und auch gelegentlich aktualisiert werden.
Leider nicht besser
Leider ist die neue Lenz App nicht besser es fehlt ganz klar die Prozent Anzeige für die Akkus! Und auch das Wechsel der Symbole geht nicht gut. Sehr schade.
Zu schlecht für den Preis
Die App weist etliche Fehler auf, unter Anderem Totalabsturz des IOS Betriebssystems mit erforderlichem Neustart des Iphones. App muss dringend verbessert werden, damit es dem Preis der Produkte gerecht wird.
