Reward redemption is sometimes fine, but often (25% of time) problematic. Yes, I check my spam inbox. Frequently, you need to contact Support. Sometimes you get a response with the missing reward code, but often there’s no response, or even acknowledgement of the request for help. I can only conclude that Leo employees are frequently taking the reward intended for users themselves. Why else would the user never get the reward? Recommendations for Leo: - acknowledge help requests, perhaps with a ticket number - make prize redemption in the app, rather than using email - check your reward redemption mechanism on your side. Something is badly broken.

The surveys give points related to how many minutes the survey is expected to take. 10 minutes = 1000 points. This estimation can be off and it gets annoying when a 10 minute survey takes 15 or 20. I racked up 25000 points and redeemed a PS gift card for $25 which I did receive after a month of placing my order. This is legit just don’t expect to benefit quickly. Emails are a little spammy but they can be toggled off.

My account was deleted with no warning or reason given. Shady move.

I wrote a review a few months back about this app but it got deleted, i can’t find it. At first, when i started i got my rewards. There after i cashout two other rewards card but never received them even tho was saying sent and received. I emailed them several time but they never replied. I called and lett a message, but they never called me back. I waited, i wasted my time doing surveys almost everyday,for nothing. Finally i deleted the app. NOT RECOMMENDED!!

I’m doing 2500 points survey But i get only 50 points Why??

Downloaded app for more than a month now. Collects your personal info and then doesn’t give any surveys.

Si je pouvais je mettrais 0 étoiles. Non seulement ça prend des heures obtenir une carte-cadeau de 20 $, mais en plus les deux cartes-cadeaux reçus était à 0$, donc vides. Ça fait des mois que j’attends pour avoir une carte-cadeau valide et je ne l’ai toujours pas. Ça fait 3 semaines qu’on a « transféré » mon courriel à un responsable, alors que je demandais simplement une carte-cadeau amazon plutôt qu’une de chez Walmart en espérant que celle pour amazon fonctionnerait. C’est simplement ridicule.

The app has started acting up today - no new surveys, pages not loading properly, evdn on support page. What shoild I fo? Delete app?

It was okay at first till I couldn’t cash out anything or even load the contest page

J’ai longtemps été satisfaite mais la depuis le 8 février je n’ai aucune nouvelle de ma récompense réclamée. Il y a aucun retour de courriel…. Le service a la clientèle semble inexistant. C’est vraiment frustrant et décevant.
