This sublime collection of drawings of human anatomy by Leonardo da Vinci is one of the greatest treasures from the Royal Collection of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II at Windsor Castle. All 268 pages from Leonardo's notebooks are presented here at the highest resolution, optimised for the pin-sharp retina display of the iPad. For the first time it is possible for anyone with an iPad to own and explore this remarkable testament to Leonardo's scientific and artistic genius.
This new digital edition has been specially created for the iPad by RGB, publishers of The Elements and Solar System, working in close partnership with the Royal Collection. The app provides the following special features:

Amazing, Charming, Simple App
I've explored this application thoroughly. The design is minimalist and pleasing. The drawings are high quality, and the explorative elements are a joy. The history is nice, especially as it ties into the anatomical studies. It's definitely one of the nicest applications on the App Store, worth much more than average. A+

Best Anatomy Overview
History and human anatomy come together in an application ideally suited to the iPad. Powerful, interesting,and moving.
Incredible and beautiful
I was very impressed with the detail and information presented in this app. The toggle between the original writings by da Vinci on the sides of the drawings and an English translation overlay is by itself worth the price of this app. Beautiful, and wonderfully done.
Spectacular
A truly remarkable app that combines high quality imagines, thoughtful commentary and imaginative tools to explore anatomy. It's a marvelous window into one of the greatest minds in history.
