The Les Mills Releases app is a great additional tool for our team of 130,000+ Instructors to learn their latest release content. Instructors are able to learn their new releases on the go with the ability to stream videos and music straight to their smart device.

NOTE – This app is for current Les Mills instructors and should not be used by consumers. If you are looking to do Les Mills workouts at home, search for LES MILLS ON DEMAND in the App store. If you would like to become an instructor, please contact your local Les Mills office.

Other features include:

- Download your favorite releases in offline mode. Now you can watch the masterclass and listen to the latest music offline, anywhere
- Watch the masterclass video whilst reading your choreography notes simultaneously
- Create your own customisable music playlists from the releases that you have available in your Releases App.

Apple watch compatibility

The possibility to start and stop tracks, se duration on the watch while instructing come and goes wit updates! Please make this work all the time!

Not really that solid just yet

Occasionally the app crash w/o earlier 'warning signs'. Even if the device (phone) is online the app might decide to stop working anyway. Mostly this can be mitigated by downloading the tracklists so they are available offline, so... Poor mans fix. 😉

Unreliable

The instability of this app is ridiculous. Once in a while you get logged out and of course you discover this just before class when you are about to start so you have to sign in and hope that it will have kept everything in order. Today the app is totally down for all instructors and I have a class to teach this evening. I havent downloaded the music for my class as mp3 files so I will have to make and learn a new playlist just because of this. Ridiculous.

Rewarding training

BodyPump hasn’t only given me a challenge of learning and doing something else in my instructor life, it has also given me the confidence not to be defined as “just” a dance/aerobics instructor but to be a versatile instructor. And another learned lesson here, I’m never to old to try new training styles, get out of my comfort zone and succeed in many ways by challenging yourself! So thank you LesMills ❤️

SUPER GLITCHY APP

Critics level 100 . Here we go Errors, restarting, freezing, stopping in the middle of the track for no reason(with high speed internet, by the way. Release was downloaded) I mean ,if you use it on regular basis(Several times a day ) you know what i mean. You don't need stress before you start the class Fire your ITs . Rebuild the app interface. Its soooooo ugly Its 2022. Come on . This is what getting paid monthly.

Koreografi häftet försvinner ständigt

Måste ladda ned appen gång på gång då koreografihäftet försvinner. Otroligt frustrerande när man har ont om tid för att trycka in alla koreografier

Body Pump, Body Combat and Body Balance instructor

A wonderful app with a bunch of very useful features facilitating the learning process of each new choreography. I have been a Les Mills instructor for over 20 years, and am still amazed by the very high level of each release, and the development of both the concepts, and this smooth digital tool.

Bra men kan bli bättre!

Väldigt mycket är bra i appen, men ett önskemål om utveckling är att det skulle finnas en ”knapp” i spelmenyn som tar en direkt till koreografin. Tex om jag gjort en playlist med låtar från olika releaser och jag medans jag lyssnar vill dubbelkolla koreografin, då är det rätt omständigt att hoppa mellan olika releaser, så en ”snabbknapp” till just den låtens koreografi hade varit toppen! Sen buggar det ibland i playlists på så sätt att nästa låt börjar spela direkt, trots att man ställt in att den ska pausa…
