The App and website used to be easy to navigate, but now very sensitive. Certain parts freeze the process and will not let you go back, meaning you have to cancel out and start again. Tesco vouchers - will only accept one. I had two but could not use both for the one booking. Ridiculous. The prices increase but the service goes downhill!

Make sure your Eurotunnel app is the most recent version- otherwise stalls on “book now”

The cost for the shuttle are spiralling and never come down since Covid. Frequent traveller used to be a great way to get to France every month

Can’t rate highly enough. Easy to do online, chat facility really helpful and not expensive at all

Love the shuttle. Easy to book easy to add my 2 dogs. Quick and easy. No problem.

Costs have skyrocketed and the so called ‘peak times’ are often very quiet, especially out of season but they still charge extra.

Not sure how Eurotunnel sell any tickets ATM as the app allows me to login, shows all my past bookings, but does not allow a new booking. Just displays a weird “login” screen which doesn’t work. Pathetic app.

The app does not allow me to login to my account, using the same details which work fine on the website. An error message about my network connection is triggered. I tried to submit feedback about the bug via the app but the ‘report issue’ button doesn’t work. 🙂
