Less Meeting FAQ
Is Less Meeting free?
Yes, Less Meeting is completely free and it doesn't have any in-app purchases or subscriptions.
Is Less Meeting legit?
🤔 The Less Meeting app's quality is mixed. Some users are satisfied, while others report issues. Consider reading individual reviews for more context.
crash, non sempre si sincronizza con la versione on cloud, non è così intuitivo ma soprattutto è ....troppo americano. La nostra o meglio la mia realtà aziendale non puó pianificare tutto in questo modo. Peccato mi piacerebbe poterlo usare e sfruttare meglio.
Awesome! Great tracking of action items from meetings!
I love this tool. Caveat: I am using this just for me to take notes and track open action items.
I’m still on the free version that lets you tag tons of people, but even so, I’ll only tag myself to track open to dos.
Using iPad pencil
It would be grate if I can write my meeting note using the handwritten recognition by the iPad Pro pencil.
Best mobile notes app I've used
Tried a few out there and this one does the best between my notes, calendar appointments, and tasks. Just started syncing with the website too to send mtg notes to the rest of my team. It's got my vote!
Missed Opportunity. Glitchy, inconsistent, waste of money
After spending $1,180 for a year of licenses for my staff, I can honestly say that the app isn't worth $1. It crashes, it's glitchy, and the customer service is spotty at best. We've consistently have meetings disappear from the app (along with any notes/minutes we have taken) and most of my staff stopped using it because they couldn't consistently get meetings to show up. LessMeeting's customer service asked for screenshots and details, but they never actually fix the issue or follow up. This has been months of the same issues and glitches.
For an app that is supposed to improve productivity, it actually does the opposite. Lost time and information have been common, and incredibly frustrating.
If Less Meeting's developers made some fixes and improvements they could stand out from the numerous other meeting notes apps out there... Unfortunately they are missing out on that opportunity. I recommend you try a different app. If not for the fact that don't allow refunds, we would have dumped LessMeeting the first month we had it.
Syncs with Reminders
Love that this pulls in my calendar details automatically and transfers action items to my reminders list. I love the professional format when the notes go out to my colleagues. Some slow sync issues to reminders but I'm so excited about the app I'll work on it on my end. I'm using the free version on both my ipad and iphone. They don't sync directly but I try and sync through Exchange to pull it all together.
One major flaw
This app is generally pretty good for capturing meeting minutes in synch with optional audio recording.
The main problem that I have run into more than once is that if the device gets locked (click power button), the audio recording in progress gets lost. A real bummer.
Not much activity on app version updates apparently. So I have switched to another app that is more stable in this regard.
great app
really simple to use and understand.
has to problems to solve to be on my first screen app:
- needs language package (spanish)
- needs iCloud sync to share with my iPhone en desktop
Wish I knew I had to pay a monthly fee
No where does it mention this is a service and there are monthly fees to tie your group together. It also did not sync all my contacts. It appears to have selectively used my Facebook contacts and not those natively stored in my Apple Contacts. Don't spend money on this if you aren't going to spend more every month!
Useful the first time you use it
This is a great app. I've used it for 3 meetings and it is really helping my team's productivity by providing useful information to them on projects and decisions in a easy to understand way. It would get 5 stars, but I found a couple of very minor bugs while editing the agenda.
