How do you make something this bad

Bus times are never right

The busses never come when it says they well, either later a really early, It also doesn’t show the best route to get somewhere with out you having to do it yourself:/

App didn’t load any information after many attempts and I was in a rush, kind of frustrating considering the bus tracking system was on google before and was now taken down to put on the app exclusively I’m assuming (which doesn’t work)

This app works sometimes then doesnt. you should make the bus times avaliable on the web browser too not just an app that barely ever works

Add Mobile fare payment

Please add a way to pay for the buss with my phone or debit card, Apple Pay maybe. Even just a way to add funds to a breeze card! It’s simple just make it so you can buy fares with debit and have it show up as a barcode on the phone screen or something. Way more people would take he bus. No one carry’s cash anymore rapidly change!!!
