Letmeknow: AI News App

It would be unfair not to update my review , the app work well and it is. Last update improved significant. Having said that the old iPhone such as iPhone 13 would appreciate some more improvement

Was offered a free lifetime sub, but could not access the app, now I have full access, but lifetime costs £99, I’m deleting.

App sounds enticing but by the second screen I get ‘Somethings gone wrong’ and I don’t get to choose content of interest as nothing loads. The data policy overview is confusing as it suggests the do/do not collect identifiable data amongst others. I have deleted the app and tried to reinstall to no avail. I notice this app is new so could just be initial technical glitches. Unfortunately as the app doesn’t do what it says it gets 1x ⭐️ but this will change when I gen get to the next screen so hopefully just temporary.

Let me know news really hits it out of the park with their AI filtered news summaries. With the deluge of news on the Internet, informed readers need to be supplied with the information to make the best decisions. With Let Me Know news you can do that!

I was so happy to find this app — it helps me get the news I am interested in reading quickly and I can learn what I want to know, fast. I don’t have to wade through all the garbage news I am not interested in, first. I sometimes find a few spelling or grammar errors in the AI summaries once in a while but I am sure they will work to fix those soon. Thanks for this app!

This is my second review. Initially I had much difficulty with this app. I am happy to say that since the issues that led me to post a two star review have been resolved, I now post a 5 star review. LetMeKnow is definitely an AI generated news app. That being said, it has become my go-to app for world, national and local news reviews. Great job! I was able to log on to my iPhone and iPad using the same account by going to the “more” tab and clicking on “profile”. On my iPhone I used the number at the top of the screen and transferred the number to my iPad. Works like a charm. Many thanks to the developer for all of the help and improvements. Below is the initial review. Forget it! All problems have been resolved. This would be an outstanding app, if it would only work. I have two problems. When trying to log in to the app, I get “Something went wrong” and a “Retry” button. I have hit the Retry button many times, the app appears to think about it for 10-15 seconds then back to retry. Frustrating. Secondly, I placed this app on my phone and iPad. When trying to use it on the iPad, it wants me to purchase a subscription. I thought a purchase would transfer to all devices. Overall, when it works, it is a fantastic source of news. I know you had a difficulties recently. I’m hoping they will resolve soon.

Update: the developer sent me a response a Saying it’s been fixed, it still doesn’t work. Closed it out out and tried again still doesn’t work. iPhone 14 Pro Just has the screen perpetually loading and then it says “something went wrong” with a retry button.

During the setup I kept getting "something went wrong" error. The developers were experiencing issues which they fixed and updated me. Nice job
