Let’s Do This: Running Events

The app is good overall as you can filter location, months of the year, distance etc. All though, there are a couple of problems, such as when you tap the discover page and look at an event, you can’t then go back. You have to tap the home button and then tap the discover tab again and you’re back to the search criteria again. Really frustrating as it takes forever to find events if you’re having a browse. Just put in a ‘back’ button? Pretty simple. Thanks!

I use to love this app as I could gather all my events in one place. The best feature for me was saving your favourites and book them when ready; now this function seem to have disappeared. There I fav button but even if you click it, it doesn’t do anything and there is no favourite tab. The search function is useless; you apply filters and it goes back to where it was… if you look up an even and then go back, you have to start all over again. It so frustrating that I avoid to use it although was my fav app some time ago and used it all the time to save events I wanted to take part in! Please fix it, these I’m sure are minor fixes, so please make it great again!!! Events are not cheap, you should be able to invest a bit more in this app! It used to be great then for some reason it disappeared and when I finally managed to install it again… here we are.

The search features are pretty poor and very basic, it wouldn’t take a proper developer much work to add in some basic functionality to make this app so much better for the user… I grantee they would get more bookings as people will spend more time on the app looking. I can’t be bothered to look anymore as have to start all over every time I view an event 👎🏼 I also have an event booked from before downloading the app and can’t find a way to add it to the calendar. Needs a reboot for sure

Come on, this app is so bad. Sooooo many bugs, makes searching absolutely infuriating. You search for an event, add filters, click on an event, go back to look at more, and there go all your filters… puts you further down the list of events you were looking at but has also added a 1000 more events from all over the country/ world, and all the dates from now until St. Brighams day! Sort it out, it’s like it’s been designed by a pack of wolves that haven’t had any dinner!

Updated iOS after the app update and now it won’t open the “discover” section is caught in a load loop.

This used to be a great app with virtual Medals and you could log your times and easily find your bookings in the right order. No longer seems to do any of these things. :(

The app started off working well for me, but then stopped recognising events I had booked. It stopped displaying these so I could no longer record my times, check the race day arrangements etc. And now it doesn’t show either upcoming events or past events I’ve logged. Good thing I kept a note elsewhere. Now there’s no reason for me to use the app. This is disappointing because it has potential to be a good and useful app.

However, the search function is next to useless as it just keeps bringing up the same big events even when you don’t put in any related terms. The Home Screen still has info from April 2023 front and centre. I like the idea of being able to add races I’ve booked elsewhere but this is not possible because of the aforementioned rubbish search function. Also it’s not possible to sort by event date so even if you limit to just one month the order the races appear is random. The only location based search that is possible to do is via the most popular locations.

Still can’t add a run in that was booked via let’s do this . Support for the app is shocking . Rating dropping as time goes on

Doesn’t load Races always appear wrong, putting the wrong names or event info! Booking via their website is easy but the app is not good at all :(
