Every single time I open the app, I have to put the ERP number and password again. This is really frustrating since the ERP number is like a train with lot of numbers which one cannot remember all the time.

Keeps on logging out frequently and it is hard to remember the ERP ID.

The app logs out after every use. Have reloggin again and again

Literally everytime, if I close the app and open it in few mins. Again I have to relogin I suppose no developer is monitoring the IOS App

After the latest update i am asked for login everytime i open the app. Earlier if once we log in , credentials were saved on phone and we were not asked to login everytime but now on closing the app it is logging out, every morning adding the credentials is frustrating

It asks login every time, ideally it should be login until logout

It asks for login everytime which defeats the purpose of app. Developers should fix this issue. It’s really irritating to login each time if we want to see any notification, homework etc.

Update 7/29/2024: The app is back to logging users out automatically. This is a critical issue that needs to be fixed. Update 6/13/2024: The error login in issue seems to be fixed now, hence revise the rating from 2 to 4. Thank you. However, the routing is still messy and can be refined a lot. “Routematic” does a brilliant job of routes, would be a good idea to check them out. Old: The app frequently logs out with an error message “Error!, Please login”. The “Track My Bus” gives misleading information, most of the time pointing to Delhi location instead of Bangalore. Even the Bus route is confusing.
