It’s a great app for health.

I purchased the watch for health-watch reasons. I find it hard to activate or reactivate its capabilities due to lack of directions that are easy to find when needed. What the watch can do is impressive. Please make it easier for us to use!

There should be more available information about the latest update. What’s been updated is difficult to understand.

Your app is so good. It lets me on the settings for the device and it lets me turn on notifications for when people call. It is so cool. I literally love this watch this app is the coolest like this is literally this watch is literally like a Apple Watch.

Unbelievable….. I have been trying to connect my EW1 watch for past an hour. I am not exaggerating. The FAQ doesn’t help me, even though I followed ALL THE STEPS. I also emailed and never got a answer. If barely let me scan the QR code because as soon as the camera saw t he code it quickly said, “device not found.” I got this gift from my aunt as a early holiday gift. I am devastated to tell her that this watch isn’t working. Another thing I hated was that there wasn’t that much color. It didn’t seem so encouraging. It didn’t tell me after an hour that it is worth it to keep trying. Please fix ALL of these problems- Abigail

The app is not paring with watch in date and time. Otherwise the app is great.

I have no idea why, but every single method I try on this app to sign in, it doesn't work. I have an EW1 watch, and it will not connect. I've tried the QR code, but it says "invalid code." Whenever i try and use the pairing it says, "devices not found." and gives me things that should help. I've tried all of those things and none of them work. Please fix your app. This review is written from an iPhone in 2024, and all the tutorials I see are on androids from 2021 and 2022, maybe that has something to do with it.

This watch was a gift to me. I have never owned one of these types of watches before. I probably still don’t know half of what it’s capable of, but I do enjoy it, especially checking my sleep patterns. Does a lot of things!
