Haven’t been able to access my account and support is super slow to reply
Face ID
Can never seem to sign in for any length of time with Face ID. Doesn’t seem to work 2 times in a row even though F ID is working on other apps.
Easy to understand my benefits
Great to have my benefits in one app and I can use the same card for all of them

Level makes using my benefits easy to use, manage and appreciate with simplicity.
Nothing but problems.
Just tried to use the card to pay for health related travel, and it was declined. What is the point of having the physical card? Also, I can never sign into the app. It just takes me back to the sign in page every time I fill in my sign in credentials. So worthless!
