Workout with Jenna of Jen Epp Fit and her community with the Level Epp Fit app!
Level Epp Fit simultaneously challenges your physical and mental fitness. With my workouts and daily FIT MIND affirmations, I want to challenge you to level up your fitness routine and reach new levels in the way you think about your body. I hope to help you unlock and unleash your full potential, free of body shaming mentalities and and help you grow in your confidence while working out.
My goal is for you to use and view exercise as a way to honor your body, not punish it, and I incorporate the mental health aspect of fitness because I believe that getting your mind "fit" (or in optimal condition) is congruent with your physical fitness.
I want you to feel empowered and confident in your body and all that it is capable of.
In the Level Epp Fit app you'll get:
- 5-6 new hypertrophy based workouts each week - variety means you'll never hit a plateau or get bored
- Flexible workouts that fit your schedule- there's a 30 minute workout option for every single workout
- Flexible workouts that can be catered and modified for YOU no matter where you're working out from; home or gym
- Video demonstrations and detailed descriptions of why you're doing what you're doing + form tips and modifications for those newer to working out
- Daily FIT MIND affirmations through a 1-way group chat
- More personalized access to me + an awesome community because I'll be doing these workouts WITH YOU!

I cannot say enough good things about this app! The workouts are fun and engaging and help you push yourself to become stronger, not only physically but also mentally. Jenna is truly available with any questions you have and puts great Fit Mind Affirmations on the app every day— because health is more than physical. This was one of the best purchases I made this year and I cannot recommend it enough!

Not only is Jenna an amazing fitness programmer, her dedication to mental fitness and wellness is what sets this app apart! Some of my favorite features are the video examples, workouts laid out a week at a time, and daily fit mind affirmations. This app is worth every single penny!!

I LOVE this app and the ease of use in this new work out at home world. The variety is great- hitting all of the areas I need to work on- and the ability to modify is always available. I love the exercise video bank too to check form! I look forward to the workouts as the affirmations each week.
