use this thing almost everyday. perfect for tracking your workouts.
Great app works amazing for making sure you are hitting all of your muscles, one thing I would like added would be to edit where the exercises are on your plan, like for example if you want to move your bench press to the start of the workout you currently would have to delete the entire workout and put bench first then add everything back. Other than that, great app!
I downloaded this app and been using it for 4 months now, recommended it to my friends. We all use it. It really helps me track the muscle groups i work in a week, and if my workout is actually that efficient. It helped me get great gains. The only thing this app needs is calorie tracking. Else than that, using this app and a calorie tracker. I noticed great gains. Thank you level teams.

Our whole friend group is on this app, and it’s a really well designed app for it’s early stages. A suggestion I would make is that for the “Muscles Worked This Week” portion, there should be a way for you to look at the muscles you haven’t worked out. Have it more laid out by showing you what muscles you can hit to hit your 100% goal!
I love that it keeps the previous workout reps and weight!
GOES hard. Also big thanks for including one time payement option for premium features. 90% of the app is available without paying, and all main features that you need are available without spending a single dime.
Great app, couldn’t live without atm!! but I noticed I put in the wrong weight for dumbbell calf raises on my last set! Please add a editing option to old workouts🙏🙏
this app has a lot of promise, but I need to track my workout again in the notes app to log my RPE and how weight is progressing for each movement. If you made this change it would be PERFECT.
