Strong will automatically charge your iTunes Account at the end of your subscription or free trial period unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of your current period. Subscriptions renew at the original price. You can turn off auto-renew at any time and still receive full functionality until the end of your current period, but no refund can be provided for unused portions of the subscription. Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when the user purchases a subscription to that publication, where applicable.

Used the be the best tracker available
I am grandfathered in to unlimited premium and even I will be leaving this app. I have had endless issues keeping my Apple Watch connected to strong for YEARS! also lacks quality of life features that you would expect for the prices charged.
Just get it
This is the one and only workout app you need. Just enough smart features, great integration with Apple Health and Apple watch and no frills.

EXTREMELY annoying. I paid for the pro version 3 years ago and everytime I want to use this my workouts aren’t there.. i’ll take the time to put them in again and then they’re gone a few days later!!!
Where are the feature updates?!
I like this app, and I’d give it a higher rating if it ever changed. No new workout templates, no new features, nadda.
I renewed for one more year, but if there is nothing new by next year I won’t renew.
Workout missing
The app is good just need to add more workout for each muscle like how I did chest supported but it was not showing in the app
Rest timers
I love this app, I have some suggestions to make the app even better!
I find myself wishing that you were able to change timers based on the template. For example when doing supersets I wish you could lower the rest timers in between exercises from what the auto timer usually is. Another example would be for drop sets. I’d like to be able to remove timers between drop sets but keep them in between regular sets:

If there could be a setting for this when making templates that would make working out more seamless! (Basically I’d like timers to be able to change automatically throughout exercises without having to manually set them during the workout)
Other than that I love this app and it makes working out much more enjoyable and efficient!
Poor functionality
Has good elements but can’t even do basic things like delete a template if you made one by accident. For a subscription it’s strange that you don’t have more control.
This app is what I was looking for
It took me a while to find an app that is proper. This is the one for serious body builders and athletes that work hard in the gym and do multiple sets of various exercises. It keeps track for you. Good job developers.
