Wanted to order a present for my husband but the app doesn’t work. It even doesn’t open.

The application doesn't work! It requires an update every time you open it. So we can't access exclusive promotions. We're going round in circles! I don't recommend it, just another useless application.

Every single time I have ever logged in to this app, 512’s in my size have been sold out. Like this is the Levi’s app. How you out of sizes? I have better luck in stores and I can’t ever find things in stores in a 34 length. Get it together. This app is weak.

Their website keep looping back to the check out page, I was not able to pay on their website (both on laptop and on the phone) I was hoping to purchase birthday gift for my boyfriend, so I didn’t want to wait another day hopefully to sort the problem to pay online. So I downloaded the app, paid with APPLEPAY, super easy.

Just downloaded for the first time, open then app and it says I need an update and forces me to go to the App Store. But there is no update on the App Store, just says open which sticks me in loop. Pretty crappy first experience with Levi’s

I only downloaded this app because the website told me I’d get 40% off my order if I did. But it is so glitchy it doesn’t even feel worth it. This thing has crashed on me 17 times since trying to use it for the past 20 minutes. It freezes up, and gives me a wall of login popups where I have to type my account info into each one over and over before I’m clear to browse again. This is atrocious.
