So handy! This app works great with the ifind devices. Simple to install and work and has helped me find my keys in many situations

I couldnt even use it just wouldn’t work waste of money. Don’t get this.

The product needs significant work. I tried to return the tile but as it was a gift, I could not.

While the concept is good, the actual connectivity is poor. The app and device are sketchy and work sporadically. It seems as though the location tracker is only tracking the phone the app is installed on. The Bluetooth radar to find the missing device tag does not respond. The camera turns on to shoot the phone location only. I don’t recommend purchasing this product, waste of money.

Bad device. Same issues that are outlined in previous reviews. Bought 3 and none of them pair to the phone. Do not waste your money or time. It’s an interesting idea but it doesn’t work

It doesn’t work and I have the iPhone 11 Pro, running 13.3 software. Once you close the app the unit does not connect. Sending it back. A piece of crap.

Not user friendly and frustrating

This app is very frustrating. Instructions are hard to make sense of. I can never get the search button to work on the app. The app never connects the device to my phone therefore rendering the device useless. Camera button/ options do not work. There is no number for customer service. Poorly made app, I wish it was compatible with one that properly worked. I would not trust this device or app to find and track lost items.

If you understand instructions like this...“Click to connect, while the icon turn to 🧩, it means connect successfully” you might do better. After registration and pairing and renaming I was still unable to use this Smart Finder to find my iPhone or my iPhone to find the Smart Finder device.
