i’m very upset since i ordered a item when it was in stock and it took them hours to confirm and accept until then it it was sold out

Not able to get or request a printable bill
I need to submit a printable bill to our finance department to get back the amount I spent on for meals a project on behalf of them. There is no such option in the app,
