It does the job.

Helpful and specially under lockdown. I like most that once I key in my flight, it gives me a timeline and suggest me what and when to do.

I don’t open the app often but whenever I travel through Heathrow it is very handy to keep me updated about the flight information

When adding the rewards card to the apple wallet, it is usable by the shops, including those with the dedicated LHR tablet for adding rewards. Have to use the app in order to scan.

Great gives you accurate information
