Love how organized the app is. The tabs make it easy to navigate to the different workouts and chat rooms. And the variety of workouts is great!

This app has been a game changer for me. I enjoy working out but sometimes i get burned out at the gym or with it being colder I don’t want to leave my house. With liaison classes I can have Stef there as motivation and be able to start my day being active without having to leave the house

I absolutely love this app. It truly is the hub for all things health and wellness. Keeps me on track and it’s like my own little accountability buddy!

This app is so easy to use and I love the flexibility of the library on top of any challenge or group I'm in.

Stef always puts so much effort into whatever she does and listens to her community for feedback. Her new app is no different. Love the workout options with playlists created, recipes, and community chats to stay connected and accountable! It is great now and I’m sure it will only keep getting better and better :)

I absolutely love the Liaison Health and Wellness App! It not only brings you a sense of community through the live workouts and community chat, but you also get to customize your own workout through a variety of different options. It’s something that is easy to use on trips or at home/the gym. I also love the simple things that Stef teaches such as really engaging with your breath and how she explains making sure you are in the proper position for each movement. AND there are more than just workouts, there are even some wonderful snack/meal ideas as well!

Liaison is the best app out there! New workout classes daily with full length classes and shortened options for days when time is limited. So many different types of workouts to choose from, this app has it all. Such a great community to be a part of!

I cannot say enough good things!! This app has everything you could want out of a fitness app - live workouts, recipes, a strong community, user friendly interface, etc.! The best part is truly the owner Stef and the effort she puts into the community. From her live workouts to her support, she really makes you feel seen although the app is all virtual! The workout options are all amazing too and such a variety to chose from. I can’t recommend more!!!

I have so much love for Liasion! And I can feel all the love from Stef and her team back! It’s so nice to be able to keep myself accountable and have such great support from other girls and stef herself! I also love how flexible the app is because my biggest struggle is finding times to workout but this app makes it an easy process. There’s also a great variety of workouts. Definitely recommend!
