I ordered a kurti whose size is incorrect and doesn’t match with their size guide at all. I have put return request but they are asking me to self return it through parcel bcoz “my delivery code doesn’t have return services”. If this was the case they shouldn’t provide delivery services to my address and claim “hassle free returns”
