They don't let you to withdraw your money. They ask for proof of the proof and then nothing, some technical difficulties. They introduced an internal fee if you don't withdraw your money, and since you can't they literally taking the money away from your account after some time and you can't do anything against it. If you check the AppStore feedback there is nothing recently positive. They social media presence is always without comments, they clean up all the feedback they receive. If you go for real forums like reddit you can see they are scamming all the people. On the net you can find tidy articles about how great their platform is, but you can't find a single positive comment on those articles.
There are far more better platforms like Plus500 where you can have real experience and you can get the money what you make.
Avoid this one.

Thank you for close my positions! I’ve send you mail few days ago, that i’ve uploud my dokuments more than week ago in the mobile app and nothing hapen. This I have been seen since that;
“Your dociments are been verified. This usually takes 1 to 3 day”.

What to say ...
Demo account is fine but when you switch to real account it’s slightly different world. You can not use same multipliers. Multipliers are significantly lower and earnings almost peanuts compared to demo with same money. After you make deposit it’s necessary to verify your account. Why not to do it before deposit? Support is extremely slow not helpful and answer within many WD. You have to have proof for proof ... It’s minor cheating for me and that’s pity.
Overall - platform is fine but but you are not able to define rules eg you want to start every trade with Eur 1000 and have defined SL and TP. It’s necessary to set manually for every trade and it slows business.
Money no withdraw
I have more how one month money at the company and still me not back money ... only robotic comunicatoon and another comunication nothing .., for me this is fraud !!!!
