Friendly and helpful
Mobile deposit
The mobile deposit limit should be increased to at least $5,000 not a $3,000 cap.
Bank awful
Overdraft protection disabled bank stole $30 for me claiming it was for protection.
Fees Fees and more fees
Overdraft fees even if you have money in savings or get overdrawn by a few cents. And the app is glitchy.
Slow to update balance
The balance lags behind, sometimes by a week. It’s frustrating.
Frustrating
Have to confirm each time that endorsement is correct… makes slow and tedious and encourages me to deposit funds elsewhere…:(

Technical Difficulties AGAIN
Seemingly every time I open the app to check my bank account, it has technical difficulties or the site is down. Incredibly frustrating for users.
