closing my account once my card expires. so excited to never have to deal with this bank again never had issues with this branch, aside from it just being unable to use their bank apps so adios respectfully i guess
This has been the most frustrating experience since transferring to Liberty! This is why we changed from People,s to Liberty, but now we are experiencing the same frustration. I guess it,s time to find another bank. We have not been able to access our on-line account for 2 months, and the branch people have been no help! We,re not happy!

I have an apple 13 mini. The app doesn’t fit on my screen. When sending money I can’t get down to the confirm button. VERY frustrating.
Cannot login after following all instructions and resets
It saddens me that I’ve had this bank and app for years , and out of 97 reviews it still remains one star with no improvement on the app by the creator . Everything the complaints have said are true . This app is terrible . Never available, slow , doesn’t show certain things until they take it out then slap you with insufficient funds charges . Do better liberty bank
Your app is supposed to be more convenient but here I am doing what it said to do.. which is reset my password via the website. I did that and its still telling me to get the new app and/or reset my password on the website. Come on liberty bank!! Think!!!
you can’t heard everyone to a failing ‘new experience’
This is honestly the worst update ever and now the app does not work at all. As someone who is visually impaired, what takes most people like a step or two to figure out takes me about 10 because I can’t see things so now that the app doesn’t work I can’t access my banking or finances in a raced my face ID. Very aggravating. You know there is a saying if it ain’t broke don’t fix it. Should’ve just left the app alone. It was working fine.
