If you just want to renew your books before getting a fine and use a basic search tool, then this works. If you want to access the excellent resources on the website eg magazines, newspapers, e-learning and more, then you don’t need this app.

App was working OK until short while ago. Now I can’t navigate between pages in my account. Have to close everything down, go back to start and then straight to the page I want. Repeat process if I need a different page. Have followed instructions to delete app and reinstall. No change. Help!

A pretty good app. I use it a lot to search for books that I want to reserve which I can also do through the app. I have two requests which would make this app so much more useful Could you add a title and author search filter to the loans history please? I borrow a lot of books and it’s just too cumbersome to search an entire list of loans history to see if I’ve read a book before. Is there any way you can indicate the size of font in the book information? I often reserve books only to find when they arrive that the Print is too small for me to comfortably read. The large print books are too large for me. I just want the regular font size in the books I borrow.

Why are ‘Lists’ not available in the app? Surely that is one of the most useful parts of the website/app?!?!

The app isn’t working. I can’t search or reserve/extend my loan book duration. I also can’t delete the app, either. Please assist.

Good to be able to use your library card barcode on your phone. Frustrating that my linked accounts keep disappearing and have to be added.

Please can there be a wish list option so that I can add things to my list without necessarily having to order them at that time? Otherwise, it’s all pretty good, thanks

Catalogue works well enough but unable to sign in to my account. Sad to say, the LibrariesWest *website* gives a far superior service: more information, works reliably.

You can search for titles and authors and get a sensible response, reserve books, and see what you have out on loan. Vast improvement over previous version that didn’t work at all. Well worth downloading.

If you know the title of what you want it’s great, but there’s no facility for browsing categories which would be good. Personally I think a notes area would be good
