I am able to log in from the website with corporate id but unable to do so from the app. Please help

Overall good app. Queue section needs to be worked upon - keeps showing same titles endlessly and makes it difficult to add books for future reading. More digital and audiobooks to be added.

They are sending soiled poor quality books possibly procured from 2nd hand book market. Poor service. Avoid.

This app has lot of problems. I am not able to listen audiobooks properly it just stuck every time. Please update this app for seamless experience.

Thank you Librarywala for providing services to Vasai as well, initially, I used to order the books and get them delivered to my office at Andheri but during the lockdown, this was not possible as we were all working from home and requested librarywala to provide services to our doorstep. They said that putting the customer First they have already initiated a Pan India doorstep delivery services for the corporate clients and all I need to do is update my address in the profile and all the books at home, I was really surprised When the books did not arrive within the stipulated time of 3 working days so I dropped them an email and they said The due to the huge quantum of orders that they have received from diverse locations they have shipped some books via Couriers, and that as per the tracking the delivery was to happen today. I received my book a day late neatly packed like gift wrap with my name and details on it and once they are updated the same in the system they asked me to place the order for the next lot so that by the time I finished this book's the next will already be on the way. Sometimes these small steps have taken by the entrepreneurs and their startups surprise us, I have read so many books during the last 6 months with the help of librarywala and have enjoyed these services.

When we try to save any book offline the app crashes. Have been facing this issue for more than a month and it hasn’t been fixed till now.

Worst app of all time. It won’t matter how many good books you have if your app is useless, especially in a time like now.

I have been using the library for over a decade now, although on and off, but the team is still working the same spirit. The books have been maintained extremely well and the delivery team has been doing an amazing job of timely delivery. With the app now in place, it has become even more easier and convinient to request for the books from the library. 👍👏👏
