So buggy. I was offered to use this (or paper) by my local nhs. I expect if you log detail “on the go”, it’s fine. However, I’m trying to log yesterday’s food and it’s just defaulting to today. I’ve wasted 45 mins going around in circles. I think I’ll just go paper. Is there any qa on this product?
Please use another app. This is the least user friendly tracking app I have ever used. Glitchy, signs me out then won’t allow me to sign back in. Adding food is a nightmare unlike most other tracking apps. Everything about this app is difficult and unfriendly for the user. Just awful.
Can’t log meals at all. Says it’s for an invalid date. I have used before but the update has set it back.
I have been using this for about a month & on the odd day that everything is working it’s ok but unfortunately the days it doesn’t is so frustrating for example the save button randomly goes missing or like today I was unable to go back to the day before and add a food that I’d forgotten. Shame!
Worst piece of software I’ve used in a long time. Slow with a search for food sometimes taking over a minute. The app is clumsy and poorly written. If I was the developer I would be ashamed. No update in over 3 years and it shows. The search disappears behind the notch or pill on iPhone 13 or 14. You should be ashamed
Feel awful saying this as someone has made it but it’s a terrible application. I will continue to use MyFitnessPal which is also free but well built. It’s fiddly, takes ages to load, it has barely any barcodes scanned in, I almost feel like I should be paid an admin fee for the amount of data I’m inputting. I can’t input for the week ahead (maybe I can just not intuitive at all) which I like to do to plan meals. I have hired a nutritionist who uses this application for some reason but will not be continuing use. It is taking a lot of time and effort which I don’t mind, if it’s an efficient use of my time which this application is not.
Really slow, incredibly bad database. I got this Rec’d from my trainer because she can see details but I can’t put the food it. Nutra Check just works and has a huge database.
Very limited database. Search function is primitive. Crashes. Can’t see macro/micronutrient values when choosing an item. Clunky. Have to constantly refer to eg Tesco grocery website to check total weight of a product if I’m eg choosing half the product and don’t have scales to hand. Would never consider this unless asked to by nutritionist. In fact think I’ll ditch the nutritionist and stick with MyFitnessPal. Much more intuitive
Could be great, but ridiculously over complicated and then crashes. Fail
