Libro.fm Audiobooks

I absolutely love this app. A friend recommended this to me as an alternative to a specific big name, and I honestly love being able to set the store I want to support. It’s simple to understand how to navigate, yes it is a little confusing having to purchase from the website, it’s awesome that the audiobook is immediately available on the app. The only thing that keeps this from being a 5 is that there isn’t an easy way to tell what order a book series goes in if it doesn’t have the number in the title/image. It would be nice if there was an easier indicator on book order, yes you can sort, but unfortunately I have learned that the sort system isn’t perfect, and doesn’t organize them in numeric order. Other than that, I highly recommend this app if you are looking for something user friendly and an easy way to support local.

I love the books but I’m not able to afford them

App is very smooth and unobtrusive; has all the features you want (bedtime mode, bookmarking, browsing books so you can wishlist them, credit purchases) and never irritates you with ads or push notifications or anything like that. Syncing across devices sometimes doesn't work right away but is still sufficient. Overall A+ one of the only apps I still use.

I love listening to audiobooks and love even more the ability to buy them in a way that kicks back to my local bookstores! I even change the bookstore every couple of months so a different one gets my support. The app is intuitive, easy to use, and they have great bookseller recommendations.

The app works fine. It would be nice if it told us how much time is left to listen instead of how long we have already listened. More useful for trips etc.

This is the best audiobook because I get to support my local bookstore while listening to audiobooks.

I found Libro.fm when looking for an alternative to Audible. I no longer wanted to support Jeff Bezos. Libro FM has a good selection and good prices and the app works great. I’m really excited to support a local bookstore as well.
