Poor user experience. Unable to log in, tried forget password but it says email id not registered , tried retrieving email with emirates id it says EID not register and when I try register as a new user it says this emirates id already registered.
Log in
Just gets the OTP after ages. But you could never log in with it. Tired of it

After updating APP every time asking for login details. It is not remembering login details. Very uncomfortable

Not working for previously registered users
When signing up says EID already in use . So cannot create new account . When trying th ‘forgot password’ , says account doesn’t exist !
Non-functional application
The store was once asked to make a license. I did it and there was no more need. A few months later, they started asking again, but I can't enter because I'm entering something wrong. But there is no way to restore the login data. If you entered the wrong mail, you will not be able to restore the data. You won't be able to register a new account via ID. Developers, add the ability to reset the password and change mail via SMS code or in any other way
