Платья стоят не 2000! Но обслуживание так себе. Заказала 2 платья, оплатила, а на складе не могут найти. Деньги вернут, спасибо Но хочу сказать что выбора много, но подойдут не все

Прошлые заказы неотображены,недоработка.Бонусы не начислили,лагает.Служба поддержки не знает,как такое могло произойти.Кроме как единовременный промокод,больше ничего не предложили.А как дальше заказывать?Без бонусов?Спасибо
Отказались делать возврат в теч 14 дней
Отказались принять платье на 14ый день. Платье ужасного качества, которое после 2 носок покрылось каташками. Объясняя тем, что катышки это «нормальный процесс». Не говорю о том, что со всех сторон торчат нитки и образовываются дырки на швах.
Беда с ценой
Почему-то платье в корзине в полную стоимость, хотя оно идёт по скидке. Очень странно все ждала, что с обновлением пофикситься, а нет.

При использовании приложения телефон нагревается за секунд за 10 (айфон 14 про) с другими приложениями такого нет.
