LIE 這個 APP 名稱的由來是將知名通訊APP LINE 中的 N 去除 LINE -> LIE (說謊)。
顧名思義就是要讓你找出說謊的人，透過這個 APP 你可以輕易地查詢到目前已經被通報的詐騙 LINE ID。
此APP提供165反詐騙諮詢專線受理民眾檢舉、報案的詐騙LINE ID，你可以在清單的最上方輸入查詢，清單中會將符合查詢項目的 LINE ID 列出 ，並顯示出被通報的日期。
