No way to cancel your subscription. The button doesn’t work. The only button in the entire app that doesn’t do anything when clicked. I’ve emailed support 3 times and just got charged $99 again. Criminal.

Lief is a great app that has helped me manage my stress levels. The app is easy to use and has a plenty of great features that’ve helped me track my stress levels, learning how to manage them. The interface is very intuitive and the app is very beginner-friendly. I love how the app provides personalized recommendations based on my stress levels and helps me find ways to relax and de-stress. I would definitely recommend Lief to anyone looking for a great stress management app.

Best HRV biofeedback wearable I’ve tried

After my therapist encouraged me to use heart rate variability biofeedback to help with my anxiety, I started using Lief bc it’s the only HRV wearable that provides real time feedback and automatic doses based on when my HRV dips. Best decision I’ve made. I’m able to calm myself down more effectively whenever I need. Coach was great too.

I’ve been using this app for a few months and it’s been instrumental in getting me through some really tough spots in my life where stress has been high. I love how passive the device is, I don’t have to remember to do a breathing exercise or stop what I’m doing, I just get pinged exactly when I need it. I could even be in a meeting and I can just do the breathing exercise passively since the device vibrates under my shirt. The app sometimes has some connectivity issues and is a little buggy, but I’ve been noticing it getting better, and it hasn’t gotten in the way of reducing my stress.

I’m new to HRVB and I think the app is great for getting familiar with what increases and decreases my HRV. It’s simple, easy to use and is a great reminder to breathe throughout the day when your body moves more toward a flight/flight response. Been using for a couple months and my average HRV has increased since then and I have a much stronger mind body connection. It’s been a great tool for me.

As a bio-hacker, I’ve used many wearables. I love bio-metrics data as a means to monitor my health. What set the Lief apart was not only the the accuracy + efficacy (due to the clinical nature of the wearable), but also the critical benefit of having bio-feedback assignments delivered in real-time. It’s a more pro-active way to manage stress, and in this day and age, who doesn’t need that? While I greatly appreciate understanding my metrics from moment to moment, I have experienced even more meaningful benefit in employing their down-time breathing assignments each day. It’s done wonders for my anxiety and overall general sense of wellness.

You need to have app opened in the background to work, which drains battery. Downtime vibration intensity can’t tell the difference between a 1 or 10. The intensity feels like a 10 no matter what level you set it to.
