Life Bible App Reviews

Being back the old app or keep both.

Please bring back the old Tecarta Tyndale app. This one is like any other Bible app. Please put old app back and keep both available. Very disappointed. I recommended the old app, but will not use or recommend the new one.

Option to save devotional

I love the app interface how user friendly it is, could the devs make an option to save devotional without starting them

Love this bible app

I use the Life Application Study Bible within this app. It provides explanations of the Bible verses which is so very helpful.

It was a mistake to have downloaded this app update.

Playing the Bible audio, and touching a verse in the chapter being read, the old will ask: 1. If to play the ‘Selected verse,’ or 2. Play the ‘Selected verse and repeat,’ or 3. Begin with the ‘selected verse.’ This update is useless because it will only play and repeat the selected verse unless you start from the beginning. DON’T DOWNLOAD THE UPDATE! January 20, 2024. Thank you to all the Team behind this Bible app for returning what I complained about above. Thank you so much. PLEASE DOWNLOAD THE UPDATE NOW!!! Good days everyone who has giving themselves to this work. I found that in 1 Kings 8:2 KJV And all the men of Israel assembled themselves unto king Solomon at the feast in the month ETHANIM*, which is the seventh month. That ETHANIM’s star says, “September or October,” Israel has just started another year. So, I’m thinking maybe that was a mistake. Thank you

More scripture references

Geezpeez this is hard on

I think Life Bible is a good app. I would like to see more scripture references. This would aid in personal Bible study. It would be really good if it would show the Hebrew or Greek word too. Thanks

App Support was amazing. I’m not very techie and they replied within an hour and solved my issues. Amazing support for sure! Love Tecarta Bible App. I’ve used it for years. This new update was an adjustment but they were there to walk me thru it all! Yay to Richelle! You’re the best!

Bible app notes and Journal

It is not very user friendly when you start notes or journals my old Bible app I used to be able to copy and paste the scriptures. You can’t do that with this one and sometimes when you go out of the notes, it’s hard to get back to the same notes. So you can’t follow along and service taking notes

Love the app

I use this app for the AMP version of the Bible. I also like the daily devotional and the daily verse.

Great Study Bible

I have been using The Tecarta Life Bible app for many years. I originally started using it for the Life Application Bible that I already had a printed version of. With this app, I can use the same commentary with different translations to help understand The Word, even in parallel. It is also useful for taking notes and highlighting individual words or sentences within a verse or comments. I also like the variety of commentaries that can be used with it. Of course, portability is very convenient. I have a library that I can easily take with me wherever I go. And there are devotionals as well.

Simple to use, yet profoundly helpful

I have tried many Bible apps, even sophisticated, expensive laptop ones, but Life Bible is by far the easiest one I have used to organize notes. I like to take notes when I read, and this system of folders and notes makes it easy to be as detailed or simple as you want. The ability to place a note right alongside the verse is wonderful. It is also great to have the ability to place notes in folders and folders within folders, i.e. a folder on Jesus Christ with sub folders on His birth and early life, His parables, His death and resurrection, etc. Or having a folder for each book of the Bible with separate notes each chapter. The possibilities are endless. It is also nice to be able to highlight or underline verses or portions of verses, or to bookmark verses for placement within folders. Helpful, too, is the ability to insert selected Bible verses within a note. It is nice to be able to sample Bible versions or books before purchasing them. The ability to see all the verses that are highlighted in a certain color is wonderful! I can use a color to highlight verses that speak of the grace of God (or anything else i choose to highlight as i read thru Scripture)and view all those verses in one place. I also have come to appreciate being able to customize the Bible reading plans according to my own schedule. It is one of the few apps I use every day. I have one suggestion: more highlighting colors, and for the underlining option to be just a little thicker since it can be hard to see.
