Reception staff are always polite and helpful. They work hard to keep the premises clean. The site offers an impressive range of classes and wide opening times for swimming and gym use. My children all had swimming lessons here and I came myself as child with my primary school.

So difficult to use and navigate through!! Needs a complete rethink, especially around the booking system.

Crashes when you try to read messages/notifications

The App automatically closes down as soon as the notifications are opened. I haven’t been able to read or access the new notifications sent recently

Registered my account. Expect to get confirmation email. No email in inbox or junk. Try to log in anyway. Cannot log in. Try to register account again. Cannot register as account in use. Try to reset password. Account not recognise d. Say what??

Crashes every time you try and book a gym sesh. Pointless is a compliment.

This application is no better than the website. Deleted for now, the website is better option until the app improves.

I had high hopes for this App, but that was quickly dashed. It is poorly designed and thought out. It doesn’t remember my login details every time I open the App. Why? I cannot book a swimming session via it, instead it takes me to the LifeLeisure website. In fact it isn’t even a stand alone App, but rather a very poor re-hash of the website. Made a booking online instead, BUT App says I have no bookings, I’ll just stick with the email that says I have… There is a ‘make a booking’ link but for swimming it doesn’t actually let you select anything but “master swim” and guess what?… that doesn’t exist. All in all a completely laughable and utterly useless app. Did they actually beta test it with members before launching? Forgive the tone, but I can sum this App up in three words: Utter - Dog - Sh**
